thaw fashion show event

the work has finally been completed, hung and the event has passed. there was a great response from people about the artwork but it was a younger crowd which i am told differs from previous years. it was really interesting to see the space in the concepting stages and then attend the event where it has been set up nicely with cool lighting and great art and furniture sponsored by Happy Endings in Seattle's Capitol Hill district, 1409 E Madison Seattle WA.
my camera is not what i wish for and i refuse to use a flash as it kills the lighting effects so some of the shots are a little blurry and not up to my standard but better than nothing.
the artwork was concpted and created by skizo fa2hq and chase croft, we had more time than the previous year and better materials to work with along with a great space in seattle.

Skizo - Thaw Fashion Show work

this will be year two of donation of time to create artwork for the thaw fashion show in seattle to raise funds for huntington disease. the previous year we had created two graff murals, one was 8'x12' and the second was 8'x16'. this year we are working on some designs that are a little different but will still have a tie to graff. going for a stencil style look on 4 panels 4'x8' that will be suspended against a pillar wall.

this is a group of new pieces i have been working on for stickers, and out of sketchbooks. advancing the half wit concepts and evolving those characters some. i have been watching a lot of high def nature shows and pulling inspiration from that.

seattle legal wall day two

these are shots from the second session of our legal warehouse paint sessions. down in sodo district of seattle my bro and me have obtained a warehouse we can paint in. these are shots or our progress on our second session. hand brushing the wall as most of the paint we have is bucket, but that is fine with me. my good friend chase croft guitarist from seattle band Blood Hot Beat is helping me paint this bad boy, based off my illustrations and with his creative collaboration we will be doing this and other murals as long as we have the space and can get our hands on paint.
